1. The Crafting Phase (Production Times)

Before your gear is ready to fly, it undergoes a meticulous printing and quality-check process to ensure it’s perfect.

2. Delivery Estimates

Once your order passes our final quality inspection, it is handed over to our elite global carriers.

4. Real-Time Tracking

We believe in transparency. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Number via email. You can follow your package’s journey every step of the way directly through our carrier’s portal.

5. Important Shipping Policies

  • Multiple Packages: To get your items to you as fast as possible, products in the same order may ship from different specialized facilities. Don’t worry—you only pay the shipping fee quoted at checkout once!

  • Address Accuracy: Our system is fast. We can only modify shipping addresses before an order enters the production phase. Please double-check your details!

  • Customs (Non-EU): For international orders outside our priority zones, any local import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Combined Shipping: To maintain order integrity, we cannot merge separate orders placed on the same day into a single shipment.
