At Zekkiu, we don’t believe in mass-produced fashion. Every piece you order is made individually in our print-on-demand production process, which means we only begin creating your item once you complete your purchase.
This approach lets us maintain high quality standards, reduce waste, and offer you unique designs you won’t find everywhere. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order travels from our studio to your door.
1. Production Times
Before your order ships, each item goes through printing and a quality check to make sure it’s just right.

Note: Our production team works Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Delivery Estimates
Once your order passes our final quality check, it’s handed over to our trusted shipping carriers.

Delivery estimates are in addition to production time.
Shipping Rates (United States): Standard shipping is $5.99 per item, and orders over $100 ship free. Total delivery time to the US (production + shipping) is about 15 – 22 business days for apparel and 20 – 30 business days for custom sneakers.
3. Shipping to Europe
We’ve optimized our shipping to give our customers in Europe a smooth experience:
- Speed: Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.
- No Surprise Fees: For EU orders, applicable import VAT is included at checkout, so you won’t pay extra customs fees on delivery.
- Local Routes: We use regional shipping routes that help reduce delays.
Supported countries include: Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, and more. We also ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway; local import taxes may apply for these countries.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your package every step of the way through the carrier’s website.
5. Important Shipping Policies
- Multiple Packages: To get your items to you as quickly as possible, products in the same order may ship separately from different production facilities. You’ll only pay the shipping fee shown at checkout.
- Address Accuracy: We can only update your shipping address before your order enters production. Please double-check your details before placing your order.
- Customs (Outside the EU): For international orders outside the EU, any local import duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Separate Orders: Separate orders cannot be combined into one shipment, even if placed on the same day.
