Each Zekkiu item is printed after you place your order, so your total wait is production time plus shipping time.
1. Production time
- Apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, jerseys and more): 5β7 business days.
- Custom sneakers (Air Force 1 and Air Jordan 1 styles): 10β15 business days.
- Busy seasons such as holidays and major sales may add a few days. If your order runs late, we'll let you know by email.
2. Shipping time (after production)
- United States: 10β15 business days
- Europe: 5β10 business days
- Other countries: 9β20 business days
For orders shipped within the US, plan on roughly 15β22 business days from order to doorstep for apparel, and 20β30 business days for custom sneakers.
3. US shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $5.99 per item
- Free shipping when your order totals over $100

π Returns & Refunds

1. Changing or canceling an order
- Size, color and shipping address changes, as well as cancellations, are possible within 12 hours of checkout.
- Once 12 hours have passed, your item is in production and the order can no longer be changed or canceled.
2. Damaged, misprinted or incorrect items
- Received an item with a print error, damage, or the wrong design, size or color? Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos.
- We'll ship a free replacement, and in most cases you won't need to send the original back.
3. Returns
- You can return items within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned items need to be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
- The customer covers return shipping, and the original shipping charge isn't refundable.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used at checkout.
- Please allow 3β5 business days after approval for the funds to show up in your account.
